Summary: The B2B Sales Lead is responsible for identifying and qualifying potential business clients and building relationships with them to generate sales. This individual will work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, as well as manage and grow existing accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential business clients through market research, networking, and other means
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers at potential and existing clients
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Manage and grow existing accounts to increase revenue and client retention
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
- Provide regular sales reports to management on the status of accounts and sales activities
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategy
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
